If all goes well we’ll be signing our lease next month and hopefully starting renovations just after Chinese New Year.
There’s a LOT of stuff we need to get done between now and then though; there’s equipment and furniture that we need to buy, suppliers that we need to meet with and of course the space itself needs some sprucing up!
In the meantime, we’ve got a bunch of roasters to meet!
