So after several weeks of back and forth, and liters and liters of coffee, we think we’ve gotten a roast and brew recipe that we’re happy with.
Say hello to 1337 Coffee – our ‘stable’ in-house blend of single origin beans that’s been roasted exclusively for us. We’ll be brewing 1337Coffee’s for you at The Space and you can get 250g bags sent direct to you starting in March.
There after we’re planning on releasing 1 single origin per month choosing from the handful of farms and co-ops that we’re working with. We’ll of course change the line up from time to time based on what’s available, harvest cycles etc.
It’s gonna be fun!
